Just a point of interest, does anyone think that prior to attack on Fort Sumter, in the Civil War? That the CSA was in fact a new country, separate from the USA?
Just wondering.

Ben, that looks more like he tore it out of a magazine and painted it (really painted, no computer) and scanned it on here. and it's more the quote then the pic thats funny in my oppinion.

Andrew, right on as usual. how did you guess it came from a magazine?
Well, I looked at the left hand side and saw that the tare reveiled the paper used and it looked like the kind used in magazines! The print in the left hand lower corner gave a hint as well.
